The community around our project consists of representatives of many cultures and traditions. In mine, Xmas time has just arrived. And unless I am an overly religious person, I have always supported the idea of an annual attempt to remind people that it is worth being fair in order to others.
For this reason, I put the work aside for the next few days to take care of my family. To thank them for the support they have given me over the last months and that I could always count on them. I have reason to suppose that not every family responded well to the message I communicated to them six months ago, informing them that I am quitting my job and start creating a game. Therefore, for the next few days, I will try to be more like a human than a robot driven by coffee. In order to compensate them last few months, during which I practically did not get up from the computer.
Another group of people without whom this project could not be implemented are of course my Patrons. It’s thanks to you every day I sit down to work and gives 100%. I have great respect for you, not only because you help me pay the necessary bills, but most of all because you have enough courage to change the prevailing state of affairs. A huge number of players can only complain that games are getting more and more identical and bland. You, on the other hand, help me create something that can turn out to be a breakthrough. Will we succeed – time will tell. At the moment we have already won, because we are in the game, instead of just standing by the side and complaining. Yes, it’s hard, there is no money for everything, time is running out like crazy, but we are developing the project every day. And looking at the parallel projects carried out by full teams of programmers with several million budgets, we are doing quite well. Therefore, taking advantage of the moment of respite associated with the end of this year, I want to thank you all very much. The coming year will be full of challenges for us, but now I can promise you that it will be full of many positive surprises.
Since we are already talking about positive people, it is also worth mentioning all those who disseminate information about our project around the world. It is thanks to their positive attitude that more and more people start to learn about the G.O.R.E. Whether it’s in posts on your blogs, social media, Youtube channels or Live streams. We are beginning to be visible on the web, and this is what we currently mostly care about. G.O.R.E. is not a representative of the mainstream genre and reaching potential players is much heavier than in the case of shooter games or card games in which everyone can play. Thank you all for remembering and helping as much as you can. Thanks to this, our community is growing, and that’s a point. Keep it up!
I would like to thank all and each and every one of you individually for the support you have given me during the six months of work on the project. Your help really means a lot to me. What I can promise you is that you will not regret your support. I give and I will give everything what I have best until we reach our goal. I wish you that the last days of this year will be joyful and safe for you.
